As our items are perishable goods, we do not accept returns. 

Missing Items/Damages

Missing items or damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours of receipt (from point of delivery via your tracking ID), to report a missing item please contact our customer services at - beyond the notice period, we take no liability for missing items not reported. Please be ready to support any damage claims with picture proof when claiming. 

We will offer a replacement or refund at point where any claim is agreed by us.
