UK Delivery
WE DO NOT SHIP OUT AT THE WEEKENDS
We dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, typically 1 working day(s)(Working days are Mon-Fri) depending on order volumes (We do our best to achieve the following, orders placed by 11am = same day dispatch Mon-Fri) using Royal Mail services for lower weight and Other National couriers for higher weights in order to keep Postage & Packaging (P&P) costs competitive.
All order Postage costs are calculated at checkout according to the combined weight of your items.
Standard Prices (up to 2kg):
UK ONLY: £3.95 (Royal Mail 48 Service, Delivery aim 2-4 working days, Remember to include 1-2 working days Dispatch on top of this) - This service is only tracked at point of delivery.
DHL Next Day (2kg+):
UK ONLY: £5.95 (Delivery Next WORKING Day from dispatch day by DHL to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland & Islands are a 2-3day DHL or Royal Mail 24 service, please see below regarding Highlands & Islands routes) - PLEASE NOTE NEXT WORKING DAY, there are no weekend DHL deliveries on our service. Friday dispatched DHL/Courier Orders will be delivered Monday. - This service provides step by step tracking.
ALL DELIVERIES ARE MON-FRI, NONE AT WEEKEND.
WE DO NOT DISPATCH/SHIP ORDERS AT THE WEEKEND EITHER.
HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS: We do not upcharge on these routes, however we do get upcharged by couriers; greatly. We do our best to keep it equal for all our customers. Depending on shipping cost, we may choose DHL or RoyalMail 24 for this route - both have a 48Hr delivery aim from the day of dispatch. Example, dispatched Monday, arriving Wednesday with you. Please note for certain islands a 72Hr DHL service is applied by the courier.
NORTHERN IRELAND: We charge £3.95 until 2kg via Royal Mail. After 2kg the price is £14.95 due to courier upcharges. We advise any NI customer to buy individual orders <2kg each to be cost effective.

We dispatch international orders daily. All transit times provided are DHL provided guideline timelines. We take no liability for any parcel stopped/halted by customs for further checks/investigation. Please be aware orders may be subject to customs fees (this is the customer's (your) responsibility to settle with your importing country where applicable). Any order returned back to us for non-paid customs fees will be refunded, minus the shipping rate paid initially.
You will receive DHL Express tracking by email (once dispatched/shipped) for you to follow step by step where your parcel is and ETA. Any issues/delays please use the reference number to contact DHL directly in the first instance.
SweetPunkz takes no liability for orders affected by temperature sensitive countries. Please be vary of the sensitivity to heat/cold of any product(s) being ordered.
Returns
As our items are perishable goods, we do not accept returns.
Missing Items/Damaged Parcels
Missing items or damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours of receipt (from point of delivery via your tracking ID), to report a missing item please contact our customer services at info@sweetpunkz.com - beyond the notice period, we take no liability for missing items not reported. Please be ready to support any damage claims with picture proof when claiming.
Collections / Pickups
We offer collection orders to save on delivery charges. We are based in Paisley (Scotland). We offer click & collect pickups by timeslot appointment only, the slots are typically weekdays Mon-Fri 11-3.30pm. This can be subject to change.
Pickup orders are usually ready next working day, you will be notified by email regarding your pickup order timeslot. Please check junk/spam folder for such emails.
Please note we do not have a walk-in shop. Only items ordered online can be collected at our unit.
